LI - Liechtenstein
Liechtenstein or Principality of Liechtenstein (in German Fürstentum Liechtenstein, in Alemannic Förschtatum Liachtaschta) is a small state enclosed between Switzerland (Canton of St. Gallen in the west, Canton of Grisons in the south) and Austria (Land Vorarlberg in the east)
When to go
Despite the alpine location, the climate of Liechtenstein is quite mild, thanks to the winds that blow from the south. Its cold and cloudy winters with frequent snow or rain have meant that the mountains offer a number of excellent winter sports resorts. Summer temperatures are cool to moderately hot, ranging between 20-28 ° C, while in winter the temperature reaches a maximum of -15 ° C.
