:) Asia

Asia is the largest continent.

The toponym “Asia” is originally a concept that exclusively concerns the European context. The ancient Asian populations (Chinese, Japanese, Indian, etc.) never conceived the idea of Asia, simply because they did not consider themselves collectively. From their point of view they represented vast and different civilizations, unlike the idea that Europeans had of them.
