AF - Afghanistan

Geographical notes:
Afghanistan is a landlocked country that has a predominantly mountainous territory in the heart of Asia. In the north-eastern part of the country there is the Hindukush mountain range, one of the highest in the world. The country has many large valleys.

When to go:
There is a very hot, dry and arid climate.
In spring (March-May) the weather is nice, but the rain and the thaw make many roads impassable.
In the summer (June-August) the heat is often suffocating, but in Kabul the nights are pleasantly cool.
Autumn (September-November) is hot and dry and many delicious fruits ripen.
